5 Years as a Superhost — The Most Exhausting Part Isn't Cleaning
I've been running an Airbnb in Germany for over 5 years, while holding down a full-time job — and recently, welcoming a newborn into the mix 👶
The thing that drains my energy the most every day isn't cleaning or scheduling. It's the endless stream of repeat questions:
- ☕ "How does the coffee machine work?"
- 🚌 "Where's the nearest bus stop?"
- 🍜 "Any good restaurant recommendations nearby?"
90% of these are already answered in my House Rules. Yet the messages keep coming, every single day.
So We Built a Tool
We didn't want some heavy-duty PMS system. We wanted a Swiss Army knife — lightweight, precise, and actually useful for small-scale hosts.
